Recently brought a car from Derby Prestige, great, polite, honest and professional service. Found an issue with the heating post the delivery and fixed it promptly.
Delivered to our home at a fair price too. Definitely recommend

We wanted to replace one of our cars but I was a bit dubious about buying a car online. However, they had the model we wanted with the right spec and at a good price. I did my homework and called them up. They gave me an honest description of the car (I know that now but didn't at the time!). They gave me the registration and VIN so I could check the service history and any warranty work and recalls with the main dealer. Everything checked out.
We live about 600 miles away and both my wife and I are disabled and unable to easily undertake a journey of that distance so they offered to deliver the car for a nominal cost.
The purchase was very straightforward and they sorted everything out for us. The driver contacted us a couple of times en route to keep us apprised of his progress and the car was with us within 24 hours of ordering. You can't beat that for service.
Everyone I spoke to there was polite and professional and I would definitely buy from them again if they have the right car.
Looking at their website, the stock turns around quite quickly so they must be doing something right!

I had the car of my dreams through Derby Prestige Cars. The advert sounded and looked genuine. Their response was immediate, I arranged a viewing and the car was exactly as described. They were very honest and genuine, and even offered to deliver it to me the same day, 70 miles away, at a very small cost. Their confidence in their product was such that they drove the car themselves, and had to return all the way back for a family gathering. I came down to view a mazda estate. put a deposit down to secure it while I went to look. It was a lovely car in great condition despite its age. 2013 reg or 9 years old. I didn't buy the car in the end as it just wasn't the fit for me. Nothing at fault with the car. Would like to thank the guys there for accommodating me and refunding the deposit no problems.

Everything was made very easy and quickly

I bought our 5GT on Friday morning and it was delivered to us in Ayr(just south of Glasgow)later that day. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure doing business and I can’t recommend enough. The preparation standard of the car even after such a long journey was fantastic and the car was exactly as described.

After a long stressful back and forth for a month dealing with the terrible communication and incompetence of Zuto, I called these guys friday evening about a car and drove away happy saturday afternoon. Genuine guys, honest and proper business men. Wanna thank them again for helping secure the car I wanted quick and easy for a great price! Happy customer would recommend.

Picked up an A4 here, they gave a fantastic service for a great car at a good deal! We had an issue with the service on the car and they were very quick and fair to respond.
